It’s almost there (Jan 2024)

There’s no doubt looks really nice and imho nicer than Lunasea. I do find the refresh a little slow, often have to force quit the app to allow media changes to show.

The missing killer feature (for me) is push notifications for new media which Lunasea does really well.

A few picky faults. The app icon, no dark mode, default landing page.

The IAP of £9.99 for lifetime is fair pricing

Great app. Missing 1 crucial feature

Just want to start off saying I love this app and it’s made my life a lot easier. However, it is missing the ability to block the download of certain releases. In the Radarr/Sonarr web app, it’s fairly simple to remove a download and block it from getting the same release, which is helpful because sometimes the service tries to download a release that is broken in some way. In Helmarr, you can cancel the download, but with no way to block a certain release, it’ll just redownload the same one.

Sonarr works perfectly but radarr would not connect, shame because app looks fantastic and would use otherwise.

Needs work

Thought this would be a great replacement for LunaSea as you can add more than one instance of Sonarr and Radarr but if you add instances from different networks the whole app just hangs and doesn’t load anything. I have a server at home and one at my parents and use personal VPNs to connect onto each network. This would be great if the app could just ignore the instances not available on the current network and not just freeze up. Better yet, let me create folders/sessions for each network and ask me which set of instances I want to use on the home page.

Sonarr works, Radar doesn't

I sent a support email to the developer four days ago but no answer. I was able to setup Sonarr in literally seconds, no problem at all. But your app., though, keeps refusing to work with Radarr. I keep getting an error "There was an error. Instance not reachable or wrong application type. Please review your settings."

My settings are all correct. I've used Radar and Sonarr for over a decade so I know how to set them up and maintain. Not sure why this app won't work but not worth $10.00 for only Sonarr to work without Radarr. (and I did upgrade to Pro after Sonarr worked so I could add Radarr.) Any help would be nice, thanks.

Sonarr instance not working

UPDATE, review upgraded to 5 stars 10/4/23:
I had downloaded the 4.x branch without realizing it was a beta branch. As you can see, the developer got back to me quickly here, and they are correct: the new update does solve the issue. I was able to add my instance of Sonarr simply and quickly. Thanks for the fast response!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This app is cleanly designed and works perfectly for Radarr. Unfortunately, with a Sonarr instance on the same server my own, using internal IPV4 LAN address), and using virtually identical parameters, Sonarr simply refuses to connect and I am unsure why. The only thing I can think of is that I am using the develop branch of Sonarr and just the production master version of Radarr.
