Took the ride over 6 times. And I am getting to use it more and more frequently. They picked you at a certain bus stop not far from your location and drop you at the nearest destination. Sometimes alone. Other time with one or two passengers. Ensuring you will arrive at the destination on time. SMART car provides convenience to passengers especially the senior or disabilities. That’s great👍👍👍 The ride arrived earlier than ETA this morning. Anyway it is good to get to the destination earlier😂 Feeling warm when getting on the car this morning. With heat inside. Thoughtful 👍👍👍
With SMART, I can even get my multiple journeys booked ahead 👍👍👍
Lucky that I have tried the newly bought Van of SMART today. The van is roomy inside with 5 seats at the back. There is a small space for getting on and off. It is more convenient and easier👏👏👏

Fantastic ride share provided by the city of Milpitas
They charge you the same fare as the bus, but with the added convenience of pick up and drop off close to your destination. Definitely worth it and much more cost effective than Uber/lyft

Dropped my car to honda dealer to fix of some recall , i thought like honda will give me a ride home because they said that it will take the whole day to fix it, like never expected. Good that we have a milpitas smart to save the day for time like this , convenient and got the ride for free because of the holiday. Thank you so much.

Does this app even work? My pick up never arrived, and the app was very buggy. I was late to work…
On time and very affordable
This is my first time and I am really impressed. I definitely use this service for my kids to school rather than bus.
