  • The Title Says It All

    I discovered this mobile service provider recently in a moment of short cash. Though their unlimited talk/text plan with 30G was in my budget, it was more than that. They assisted me whenever I wasn’t certain of their services. They walked me through message by message until my service was functional, pristine, and agreeable. I see myself staying here quite some time.

  • Great value at low cost

    I was able to port in my secondary number from Visible and everything worked flawlessly with a quick eSIM setup. I use MobileX as a backup (dual sim) since it has Verizon coverage when my primary does not have coverage. I travel to places where only my primary or secondary number has coverage, so having the power of two networks is important to me. If you are using dual sim, be sure to follow the steps on their help article title “iOS dual SIM APN setup“. Overall I am very happy with this affordable service. The plans are simple yet customizable on data, calls, and texts providing flexibility to any given month. The data has priority with QCI 8 instead of QCI 9. MobileX equals value at a fraction of the cost even compared to other prepaid MVNOs! Some companies (Mint, US Mobile) force you to annual plans for the best deal, but not MobileX, all deals are monthly. Please keep it this way!

  • Great service, price and customer support

    It’s an incredible deal: priority Verizon-based service for this little of a price. Highly customizable amount of GB, text and calling mins.

    Wonderful customer support: fast and very helpful.

    The only challenge I had was the APN setup in the begging and the customer service has quickly resolved it.

  • Best service, unbeatable price

    How can you beat having prioritized Verizon data yet a price I haven’t been able to beat yet? I’ve been with MobileX for almost two years now and have five lines with them. The rare occasion that I have a problem, they always are able to solve the issue quickly and are very patient and friendly. I only recommend MobileX to everyone I know.

  • Pure and utter TRASH.

    I’m reporting this company to as many sources as I possibly can. There is zero support. NONE. They have a person that generates different names pretending to be support and pretending to be in contact with technicians. Well, this person is not only undermining and condescending but is EXTREMELY negligent, unprofessional AND A LIAR. This has been going on for three days. They couldn’t transfer service to a better phone because it’s locked but they knew it was locked, and now they’re incapable of reinstating my service to the phone they took it from. Nobody answers the phone and this same “person” doesn’t have the courtesy to let the customers know what’s going on. When hours close, they pack up and leave customers hanging with zero notice. Copy and pasting this and I’ll be bumping it all across the internet.

  • Worked great for me excellent data only plan

    Title says it all. I’ve cancelled and come back to the service many times and was able to get an eSIM provisioned every time with no issues.

    The first time I downloaded the app I couldn’t find plans and prices The review was so bad the company reached out and told me I should check out the app again. It looks like they fixed the problem. This company definitely cares about the customer.

  • Love the eSIM activation experience!

    Just ported my number from Xfinity Mobile to MobileX over the weekend. From physical SIM to eSIM. I’m really impressed by the smooth experience of the migration!

    In the past, the porting process usually takes a few days, waiting for the shipment, fill in the form and wait. If something goes wrong, then I have to contact customer service. Not this time! I followed the instructions on the app and finished the porting after a few minutes! No waiting and not spend a penny since I am in the initial 10 days of trial. 😀

    Customer service is great. Initially the cellular data didn’t work so I contacted support. Then I got it working by following the instructions again and restarting the phone. Support responded anyway to ensure things are working even I sent an email to indicate the original issue got resolved.

    Call/text/data is good as Xfinity mobile. After all both are Verizon, honestly I cannot tell a difference so far.

    The only thing odd is the management profile downloaded during eSIM setups is unsigned. Not sure why it’s hard to fix it… another thing is during speed test my IP location show up as California, which I am not. Neither of the issue affects my current usage though.

  • Terrible experience

    First of all, they force you to enter all your information to customize a plan for you they make you set up an app before you even have it plan selected this could be a good service but until they fix that, this is terrible
  • I'm amazed.

    So, I have worked for every service provider. And this somehow is lower cost than the internal employee discount plans. I don’t know how you guys make money, but I hope you make tons of it.
