Ported a number in. Can’t use app since it still thinks my number is with another carrier. Once I exit out of the port screen, I’m met with errors. Can’t change anything with my account since my account isn’t synced with my number.

A solid MVNO would integrate the APN into their SIM/eSIM profile. MobileX just isn't doing that, and as a result, I have no mobile data.Cheap service, with a few caveats
First, I will say that my number porting and service have been fine. Same Big Red service as any other MVNO. WiFi calling works well too. The actual service, no complaints.
But the app is…not great. I have an issue with my plan not showing up correctly. Support told me it looks good on their end, it’s just not working in the app. Which is fine, but kind of annoying. And it could use a bit more refinement on the UI/UX fronts.
That being said, it’s a great service if you’re not a huge data user. Totally meets my needs.Show lessDeveloper Response

It’s a good app, customer support is QUICK (within minutes) to help. Payments are simple, and the app itself seems new, many updates to come. I merged over from Verizon, paying $45 per month for unlimited. My 4 (4x$45 per month) other family members are still over there, while I try this out. Been great so far (two months), w the occasional hiccup (seems caused my my phone update(s)). However, each (2) hiccup is easily and quickly resolved via “XpertCare.” Saving between $30-$35 (up to $420 per year) per month.
