  • Best deal if data usage varies.

    Very cheap service, maybe the cheapest considering billing is usually in the single digits of dollars. eSIM activation was like pulling teeth but it’s worth it for what the service provides imo.

  • The app is terrible. Slow support

    The app crashes and is poorly designed. Support takes days to reply to any issue as there is no support via phone. Just chat. I lasted less than a week

  • No 5G Service

    Despite being advertised they offer 5G Service on Verizon and trying to work with the little bit of support that’s offered, my iPhone 15 Pro sat on LTE almost all the time. Even in Nashville, TN where there is 5G from Verizon I was on LTE. Only 1 time right after I reset the eSIM for MobileX I got 5G shortly.

  • Poor customer service

    It took me 8 days to get my service up and running. The only customer service they have is messaging. Something that could have been taken care of in a half hour phone call took 8 days.
  • Not worth it

    Had issues from the start and the support was terrible. Almost a day between some replies and they weren't helpful. Not sure how they are doing their network but it seemed slow once they had the service working.

    Have had this app and device for 90 days . Was easy to install , activate and use. Highly recommend

  • Can’t delete account

    I was happy with my free trial of MobileX. However our usage dictates we look somewhere else. I want to delete my account, but cannot. It asks to type confirm, but I do not get a keyboard to allow me to complete this operation.

    Hello. We're sorry to hear we may not actually be right for each other. To deactivate, go to the home screen of the app, select "Access" from the menu, then scroll down and click on "Deactivate service". A keyboard is not required to complete the process. We hope to see you back soon!
  • I enjoy the savings

    Activated a new line a few month ago, and I’m on the personalized access plan using barely 1GB a month. My monthly bill is under $10. Can’t beat that cost!

  • Esim activation is terrible

    Instructions through their app is bad, the activation process is terrible. I’ve used a lot of other providers before and its normally an easy setup but not this. Customer service reads off a script so they aren’t exactly knowledgable. I was curious because it runs off Verizon’s network but for the same price you should try mint its easier to use. Also I’d watch for some of these reviews, they look paid for.
