  • This app crashes often

    This app crashes more than the crash test dummies, if you try to send a message it says unable wait they’re working on it they’ll try, there are many issues it loads slowly on an iPhone 11 it’s difficult to navigate, expert care database is incomplete and contacting them through the app sometimes involves the weight it’s slow and it’s not always clear. Trying to update your information in the app or change. Something is not easy it often does not work and often does not update.

  • Great customer service

    I’ve been using the service since you had to get the app through TestFlight - I’ve been very happy with it. It uses Verizon towers so you essentially have parity service at a discounted rate.

    eSim activation can be a little tricky if you miss the notification from the app because they have to send you a QR to activate manually.

    Had to reach out to Dennis in customer support but he helped me easily set up service with each of my family’s phones. We even used this service to roam in Europe and it was pretty decent!

  • Good Service

    Ported over 3 separate lines, smooth process each time. Service works great, have used traveling within the South East for business.

    Good option to save if your data use is low (under 30gb).

    Customer service is very quick to respond during business hours as well.

  • sim activation was a bear but cheapest service

    Hands down the best deal in mobile.
    Took some customer service calls to get the SIM to work but and almost gave up but glad I stuck with it for the cheap cell service.
    Uses the Verizon network so overall coverage has been good. I like that you can pick how much data you want to pay for. I don’t use much so my plan costs under $10 a month, but even unlimited is $20 so savings for everyone.

  • Excellent Coverage, Low Prices, Customer Service

    Coverage is basically Verizon and you only pay for what you use. I had a little difficulty at the beginning because i was an early adopter and they didn’t have the articles on how to activate with dual sim. But there customer support is great they helped me activate dual sim, also helped me get a new eSIM when my old phone was gone, and helped activate my newest phone. They followed up and checked in to see if I had tested and it was working. It’s by far the best easier cheapest plan you can get.

  • Great Tablet Plan

    I use this for my iPad and having unlimited everything on Verizon for $20 is a no brainer they have such a great mission why wouldn’t you want to support this company and save money at the same time!

  • Horribly slow service

    Service is super slow, I have used Verizon in my area before and it 10 times is fast as this. Can’t load apps, can’t even text or call most of time. I have downloaded their apn and installed the profile and it doesn’t change. Have to constantly reset network settings or toggle airplane mode for it to work for like a half hour then back to square one. Avoid at all costs

  • Loving them so far

    I had a bit of stutter stepping when I was first setting my phone up with these guys but they were very responsive. I subsequently had some issues with my billing which was immediately responded to and rectified. I know these guys are new and still working out the kinks but I’m thoroughly satisfied. And the price is unbeatable.

  • Can’t order SIM card or submit support ticket

    Update: I was able to order a SIM eventually and get it set up. I was also able to submit a support ticket and got a fast response with helpful information. The service is good so far other than the initial issues. They need to work on improving the app cause otherwise I really like what MobileX is doing to shake things up
