  • Hot Mess

    I’ve had problems every step of the way: activating eSIM and SIM, contacting support, logging into app, changing password, etc. I currently have no way to cancel service and delete account. Stay away.

  • The worst

    Don’t bother. Impossible to set up. Only customer service is an email address. 5 days since I sent an email and no response. Instructions to set up are worthless. Use US Mobile instead.

    I bet the service is really good if I could actually get it working. The instructions are both incomplete and really confusing.

    Newest update breaks changing access pricing on that page you can’t scroll and select your options. Generally app is a mess still and developers must have absolutely zero quality assurance

  • Great service, helps me save a ton on wireless

    I’ve had MobileX on my iPhone 14 Pro Max now for a few months. I had no problems signing up with eSIM. Has reduced my monthly bill to below $20. I love the flexibility and the app lets me see exactly what I’ve used to date. Has made me more mindful about how much data I’m using, and I enjoy finding WiFi to help keep my bill low, i.e., at home, the office or when Wi-Fi is available at hotels, etc. As the newer apps have been released, it keeps getting better. I downloaded the 1.2 version yesterday, and it’s an even cleaner interface. The update went flawlessly. If we want innovation from young companies, there will be hiccups for some users, but I have to say that I’m totally impressed with what MobileX does for me and my wireless bill.

    The app sign me out automatically. Now I can’t log into my account. Please fix the issue.

  • Can't even active service

    Spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out. But no matter what I do I can't seem to get it to work. Didn't have this issues with mint

  • Activation process doesn’t work, support is slow and does not understand users.

    I downloaded this and have attempted to activate their esim over the past week and so far have not been able to activate service. Customer support is slow to respond and has thus far failed to understand that I’m not even able to add their esim to my phone.

    I would avoid and go with a MVNO or carrier that actually has resources to make sure users are able to access the service.
