Grainy Pics?

I’m not a terribly accomplished photographer, but seem to be getting some grainy pictures at higher magnifications (even above maybe 12x). I may be doing something wrong, but if developer responds with guidance I will upgrade my rating. I have an iPhone 13 with up to date IOS.

Its okay

I the app has some really good zoom in and really good features with lighting, but it doesn't zoom out to 0.5, or 0.6 like it said in the ad. maybe i just cant find it, but still.

Hello, let me help you. Please, try to use Triple or Back dual wide camera. An iPhone has a bunch of camera devices (Virtual and Physical cameras), like Triple, Dual, Dual Wide, Ultra-Wide, Wide, Telephoto and Portrait cameras. Virtual camera devices contains of physical devices with its magnification factors. E.g. Triple Camera device contains of Ultra-Wide (with 0.5x), Wide (with 1.0x) and Telephoto (with 2.0x, 2.5x, 3.0x or 5.0x depends on iPhone model). It has the max wider zoom range, that starts from 0.5x - 94.0x (depends on selected format). Virtual camera gives you the wider zoom in/out range but less control over it. The Physical gives you more control (Camera Focus, ISO, AWB, Shutter Speed controls) and if you have the Telephoto camera in your iPhone, it will bring you the max zoom performance for the distance scene filming. Incredible app

Takes amazing photos and videos! Day or night. Set the flash to auto and it recorded a drone, at night, that circles our house and peeps in windows, without it’s lights on, and made it look like daytime through the lens!

Great job developers!

J’aimerais que votre application nous donne le lieu de la prise de photos ainsi que la distance. Pour que votre application soit parfaite,on devrait pouvoir prendre les photos en raw ou tiff . Merci. Le 9 février Votre mise à jour pour la vidéo ne fonctionne pas,quand je mets la fonction vidéo l’application se ferme . Merci de vérifier. Votre application c’est améliorer grandement ,j’aimerais si possible avoir une stabilisation pour les photos de grande distance à main levée et une définition de l’image encore meilleur. À date je la trouve très performante pour des photos prises aux téléphone . Utilise vous intelligence numérique pour la définition des photos? J’ai installé votre mise à jour, sur mode vidéo lorsque je regarde le film il se met automatiquement en l’envers, que je films d’un sens ou l’autre le film va se mettre en l’envers pour le regarder. Merci de corriger. C’est seulement lorsque je film à horizontal que cela se produit. Merci d’avoir pris le temps de faire la correction

Merci beaucoup mon ami! C'était un bug avec le nom du fichier. Le correctif est prêt dans la version de l'application v1.1.208. Nous avons décidé de faire un cadeau spécial pour vous et vos amis. Question

I love the app great to use for concerts. Question, i accidentally deleted the app & lost the footage i took using the app is there any I’m able to recover it?

Hello, please, check out your Photo’s library, it should be there. We are saving all your media files to the Photos lib by default, so even if you delete the xZoom.app all of your files will remain.
