Room for Improvement
This app is pretty good when it works as expected. Unfortunately, it logs out a lot and without any clear reason. Separately, I just got a second unit and it would be helpful if it were possible to see all of an individual cat’s activity in one place. Right now it appears that it’s limited to view by device.

I have two cats about the same age weight. One about eight pounds and the other about ten.
The question I have is that I’m getting about 12 “uses” a day with a registering weight between 1.1 and 1.8 pounds, sometimes with messages like ‘cat may be asleep’. How can I stop these false uses?

Usability Issue: 24 hours Clock Format
This app's exclusive use of a 24-hour clock is a significant usability issue. The lack of a 12-hour clock option, which is the standard time format for most users, makes the app inconvenient and difficult to use for a large segment of its potential audience. For example, recording my cat's bathroom break at 1700 hours highlights the problem; while clear in 24-hour time, it requires an extra step for many users to convert that to the more familiar AM/PM format. The inability to change this setting is a major frustration and severely limits the app's accessibility. Adding a 12-hour clock option as a user preference is strongly recommended to improve user experience.

It’s okay
The app works well but there needs to be a one cat setting because when my cat doesn’t go the whole way in it tries to make it seem like it’s a different cat.
Love it
This is the best gift I’ve ever bought for myself. I’ve always hated cleaning the litter box twice a day and I just had a knee replacement surgery and I was worried. I was gonna have a difficult time bending down so I bought this and it works phenomenally the only itsy-bitsy issue that I have is it set up to military time I couldn’t find any place that could be changed. Anybody know. This was a great purchase worth every penny I just hope it last.

Network Connection Failure
The device works connected to the app on your phone. If you see connection failure with your network. Click on sign out from app and sign in again. That’s what I did and worked.
App will not work
This app is functional….. at first, it was working but would not let me log in. I would suggest getting the litter box, but not the app. It just doesn’t work.
Doesn’t work.
I’ve have the unit for a little over a week. I can’t pair to Bluetooth because the doesn’t flash. I can’t clean the unit because I can’t pair to phone and no matter how little or long I hold the button to clean nothing happens. I have to plug unplug for the unit to cycle. I’ll have to return unless I can get customer service to help with the issue.

Love the box
Hate the app. It’s just not easy to use. It somehow changed the weight to kg and now I can’t seem to change it back to lbs. Ugh. Do not like the app. Cats love the box
Starting to use it a lot
While getting use to it took 3 to 4 days, she using it a lot now every day. I only have one cat, but she’ll go into it and come right out and sit there and wait for it to clean itself just to watch it move.
