App needs work
It’s a great product and we have 3 of them. Only problem is you can only have one litter box connected per app per phone.
Keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi and signing me out of app
I like the concept of the box although it keeps disconnecting from the Wi-Fi. I specifically got the box to keep from have liter box issues when I am away for a few days. I’m currently out of town and again, the box has disconnected from Wi-Fi and I can’t “see” what is going on with my cat (is he using the box, how often, etc). Is the box even working? I also do not like that then box will detect cats weight when he merely steps in but doesn’t fully enter the box. So I get these readings of the cat being in the box for 6 or 8 seconds and he is now at half his weight. 🤦🏼♀️ if you’d fix the Wi-Fi issue and the fact that I have to sign in to the app practically every day, I would bump up the stars.

Awful App
Downloaded app from App Store. Followed instructions, but no code came to my phone. Finally worked with email. Tried to pair the box with my phone and couldn’t pair. There is no option to manually add the serial number. Paid almost $600 for this machine and can’t get it to work with my phone. Incredibly disappointed!

App works great!
No issues connecting, everything is working as it should. Simple interface and user friendly, in my opinion. I love all of meowant products. No complaints here.
Can’t connect to Wi-Fi
Not only does this not work, but the app somehow managed to cause an IP conflict and prevented me from connecting to my home network. Incredibly frustrating to use
Verification code didn’t send through text.
Phone number code didn’t work but email did.
This app does not work
We just purchased an automatic liter box and are trying to register the thing. We download the app. Bring it up. Attempt to create a profile. This app keeps asking for a verification code. None is ever sent.
