Not an app to miss out on. I can’t believe I was trying to use messaging apps to schedule events before, this app is like TeamSnap but way way better and for any kind of group.
I love this app!
The app promotes communication amongst my teammates and it really helps us stay organized. It’s also way easier to hit a button and let people know what you’re schedule is instead of writing a full text.

Being able to organise events, see who’s coming, the location - and have specific chats about that event in the series is really useful. Stops all the logistics questions going back and forth in WhatsApp..

HeyGroup allows me to have all of my different groups that I’m in all in one place. I have my recreational tennis team and my friend group. It’s easy to see when I have all my practices, matches, and team dinners. With my friend group we plan weekend events around the city of Boston! It’s easy to see who’s going to what event and who’s available. After team dinners and paid outings with my friends, we can track the split expense so no one gets stuck paying the bill. Automatic reminders, sync with calendar, and notifications makes it so I never forget to pay someone back!

My pickleball group and I love this app to schedule our games. I like that you can set a maximum number of people and a waitlist too.
