Good app, but missing some features

The iOS version is lacking in features. I hope to see some of the features that the android version has in the future, especially themes 😺👍

Like a real scientific calculator

Feels just like a separate calculator and works really well. Much better than that joke of a calculator, that comes preinstalled.

Useful

It is a very useful app, especially for exams if the teacher allows it. I just have a question: in the Android version there is the option to convert from one measurement system to another. How can I do this in the iOS version?

Good, but missing some Android featured

Overall, this app is the best calculator on the App Store and Google Play Store, but it seems that there are some features on Android not present on iOS. For example, the ability to define custom functions that was present on Android, is tragically not on iOS. Another one was having more than x and y as variables, was on Android, but not iOS. It is not too major, but it holds this app a little away from a 5/5 (I would rate it a 4.5/5) Edit: Yeah, I looked. There are so many features that are missing from iOS that Android has. If only Apple didn't use Swift, and rather something more accessible like C or Java. I understand that it is not your developer's fault, but I still look foward to these changes being added. (Rating: 5/5 for now, because I understand the pain of Apple being harder to develop on than Android)

No custom fonts and no skins

The iPad version doesn't have the cool Casio-like skins that the Android version have. Both versions though don't have the choice of display fonts like matrix dotnor LCD. Other similar apps do have font choices.

Portrait layout needed

Nice app. It's my primary calculator on Android. But why is it only displayed in landscape on iPad? There's enough screen real estate to have a clean portrait layout. Especially since you're able to do this on Android smartphones. Please add that soon.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! The behavior on iPad is the same as on the Android tablets - it defaults to the Expanded layout. You can change to Compact in the Layout submenu, to get the Portrait mode. If you mean something different though, can you please send us details to ios@hiperlabs.eu? Hope this helps!

After every update the app is offering a paid upgrade to the premium version.

I have the premium version of the calculator, but despite this the app is offering either a premium version or enabling ads. Clicking on permament premium version link gives an error meaasege about failed upgrade workflow. There's a link for enabling ads, too. I was not brave enough to click it, therefore I don't know what would happen in that case.
Four stars for ambigous behavior and stress.
Otherwise, the calculator is very functional and i highly recommend it.

Question

Loved the app on android and got it in IOS although havent gone pro yet

One thing thats stopping me, I cant seem to look at past calculations by swiping down the equation screen? Is this feature only on the pro? or am I missing sth? It seems such a crucial function in a calculator

How to switch to RPN on iOS version?

I have been using the pro version on Android and am using it in RPN mode. The setting does not appear to be available in the iOS version? Please help. I have purchased permanent pro
