Simply Fun

If WoW could be distilled to a one button game this would be it. This Fisher-Price WoW is a grinder’s dream. ALL mobs are instanced, meaning that every player gets their own spawn. No spawn-stealing. Even the bosses are your own private spawn that no one else can interact with. No griefing. No pvp. No p2w. There’s even a talent tree. As an added bonus, death is just a respawn at the noob map. No loss of armour durability, no loss of gold, no loss of progression. Try it. You’ll like it.

We need more content please!!!

This game is amazing, I love it, all of the concepts are perfect, everything you have done is amazing. We just need more to do after lvl 65. More quests and bosses, or some kind of challenge maybe that scales with your level. And also a gamble system for items would be cool or something like it where you couldn’t tell what the stats, properties, or rarity of the items were before you bought them, and the cost like 5 times more than normal, but have a chance to be like boss drops or excellent items. Just some ideas, hope I’m not stepping on toes! And I am excited to see where y’all take this game in the future!

Good game with potential

Hello I’ve been playing for about 12 hours total now, this game started out very good and has extreme potential to be way more then what they have made it to be, I was expecting a team or party option but everything is solo, there’s no trading system or auction house, it’s basic the same thing all the time quest >>> kill stuff >>> lvl up >>> new gear >>> repeat . Very boring after about 3 hours. A few changes and a few adds this game could be something, also the skill tree is ridiculous 1 skill per 7 lvl ups ? That isn’t even a skill, + att or speed or HP, where’s the special moves and attackes, basic money magnet game. Unfortunate developer didn’t have any other plans for this

Response from developer

Hi! Thank you for leaving your review, we really appreciate the feedback. Most of the features requested here will be added in the future, with active skills being in development at the moment. However, this will take some time to make it in to the game, seeing as we are a small team. We hope you can give Eterspire another chance in the future!

Super fun game

No reward for this review! I should say that first. This is an open world mmo in development and it’s amazing. The people are helpful and the game is simply fun. No Pay to win; very little in the cash’s hop. Vanity stuff really only, and the game play is simple and satisfying. I love it.

Great MMORPG

It’s very early days for this game so not much content as of yet but enough to keep you occupied whilst they add new content, also great community!

Would love Controller support

This game is awesome. Tons of thought and effort put into this game, very polished. I just wish it had controller support, even for the simple functions like walk, look and attack. Other App Store games in this engine have this feature, so I know it’s possible (ex: super bear adventure).
Thanks for the great game! I’ll be looking forward to playing more.

What did you to do to it!!

I love this game but for something I can’t go in! A couple days all of sudden, something is changed and I can’t log in. Why can’t go into the game??

Response from developer

Hi! Sorry about the inconvenience. Could you log in after updating to 0.16?

Unpolished, and some gripes

leveling up in this game is how it was back then, there was the grind, that’s not everyone’s thing nowadays. Pros- has the right combat and quest elements for an rpg. Whether you feel it’s too grindy or not depends on how far you want to climb and get stronger. Also no ads! Cons- lacks depth: there is only combat and quests that involve combat included within the game. I understand that grinding involves repetition, but if there are no other activities( I.e. non-combat skills), players will lose interest in the game. There is no auction house and players can’t trade with each other( as far as i’m aware of, it’s only my second day playing). Unless I’m mistaken, there’s no PvP, although i’m not really concerned with that(PvP within an mmorpg is typically stat-based instead of skill-based). Speaking of combat, there are only melee weapons and armor( I.e. no equipment for an archer or mage class, etc), yet the game is a fantasy RPG? I know it’s still the early access( open beta) phase, but there isn’t a party and a guild function, hopefully that’s something we can look forward to. Despite all that and being out for the short time it has, i was still surprised to find a gem like this. However my main concern is it’s heavy on the battery drain, so I won’t be playing for now. Hopefully since it’s early access, all of this gets ironed out, good luck to both devs and players.

Response from developer

Hi, Thanks for leaving this review! This kind of feedback is super valuable and will for sure help us in making the game better. As you've mentioned, depth and variety are very important for a game like this, so we're working hard to update Eterspire and introduce more and more kinds of quests and different activities outside of combat. We hope you give Eterspire another try in the future so you can see for yourself how much the game will grow!

#1 boring game in the App Store

The title says it all. Just grind, with minimal boring quests (kill 50 monsters etc.) This is a game for a 3 year old. Even a Roblox game is more entertaining than this garbage.

Phenomenal

I can’t recommend this game highly enough! The atmosphere, characters and gameplay and brilliant. The world feels fully realised and you can really tell the amount of love and time that went into creating this game. I wish the game and the developers all the success in the world with this.

A slight edit to my original review. Whilst I am still very much enjoying this amazing game, I would like a little more variety with the quests. I’d like some of the quests to just be going and talking with the various characters rather than exclusively combat based. I am only level 19 so maybe this does come into play later in the game.

Thank you so much for your review! We'll be working to introduce more quests like that in the future. We release updates every month, and that's one of the points well be focusing in.
