Disputing transactions not possible - be careful or you will lose your money

Missing BASIC functionality like filtering or exporting transactions to excel! I have also tried to initiate a transaction dispute but WIO will not allow it without certain information from the merchant - which is not replying via email. Any other bank will allow you to initiate a dispute when needed.

They blocked all international transfers without giving me any reasons or notice. Have to withdraw everything and lose 10k€ in exchange fee.

Customer service has a long way to go

Very easy onboarding and set up, but that comes at the cost of customer service. Very very poor customer service, I would not advise using WIO if you care about receiving good customer service

Terrible Customer Support

Tried to contact via WhatsApp. After acknowledging the request, Cherielorely (the agent) took more than 30 minutes to ask each follow up question and still hasn’t reached my query about a pending transfer.

Flawless app with best CX

This app has the best customer experience I have come across. The ease of use is almost incomprehensible. Everything gets done quickly and smoothly; the app is meticulously designed, deliberate, simple, and leaves a distinct emotional imprint with its UX.

The experience has been so good that I cancelled the account I opened with another prestigious (one of the largest and most reputable) banks in the UAE.

Hats off to the Wio team! They really nailed it.
