Should be able to close or hide the to do boxes

The to-do boxes are very annoying if you are not interested in them. You should be able to at least remove the boxes or hide them. Make this possible and you get 5 stars.

Good app, bad service

Made a mistake on the payment, wrote to care system many times through WhatsApp and email - no answers for days! Not even a reply. Very cool app, but awful client service :((

Easy and simple to use

Love the app, enough so for me to leave a review. Super easy to use, and looks great!

A few suggestions I have:
- Change the order of the 2 currencies that are being exchanged as it feels counterintuitive. In my opinion (and having seen it like this in other apps) it would make sense for the currency at the top to be the currency you want to swap from and the one below should be what you want to swap to
- Would be helpful if you can search for other Wio users by a username or phone number.
- Would be great if you can customise app notifications
- Refer a friend feature
- Be able to deposit money using Apple Pay

Excellent app

This is an excellent world class banking app. The best I’ve ever experienced in any country and miles ahead of anything in the UAE.

It’s easy to use and intuitive, looks great visually and performs well with no crashes or slowdowns.

Kudos to the team. Sure there is still a lot to improve and add in terms of features but this is a great start.

Few suggestions. Use in app notifications instead of sms for transactions and OTPs. Have an easy way to leave messages and requests to customer service in app. Also to send feedback.
