Love chess but the cheating/glitches ruin this game
Been running into players online that are some how able to attack completely protected pieces. Most recently I had a player take out 2 pawns and a rook in one move. How much of an absolute loser do you have to be to cheat at chess? Especially since there are absolutely zero real stakes.Rdrake94
Rewards function broken/changed
Currently the “cards” or whatever the purple reward chests used to have are now simply coins when I select them which doesn’t make sense. Please fix it so I can get back to collecting new boards and other pieces. Thank youTheJOB_2011

I really enjoy the online play. And how you can play games one after another.
My only complaint is there are too many aborted games because people are trying to pad their rating. They should penalize people who abort games by docking them rating points every time they do it.JTCPirate

Great game overall, only feedback I have is can u please make it show why whatever move you do is bit checkmate when you get it wrong on checkmate towerbootyfaceman

Dear player, please use green HINT button inside Chess towers and you will get hints what is the correct way to think about the position and you will learn a lot and become better chess player fast. I am new to chess, have only been playing for two months. So I was only playing AI on level 6 of 10. But, I was in a position where I could’ve one the game (I’m pretty sure), but the game locked my bishop, although—from what I understand of the game—my bishop had like 3 legal captures available. I researched for a long time if there was a rule or play I was unaware of, but nothing surfaced. So I’m thinking the AI cheats in this app.Show lessMilob3ar

I would really like to rate this higher, but the bugs and glitches are hampering my enjoyment. In about 70 percent of the chess Academy lessons in which one is asked to pick the best move, I am given no choices from which to pick. In the event that the game does show the options, it never does so consistently throughout the game. Maybe I’ll see the options for move but not the next. Additionally, often when I have attempted to use a hint, none is forthcoming although one has been deducted from my total. If I am mistaken in expecting the options for the moves to appear in all the games in which game instructions state to pick the best move, then at the very least, the instructions are unclear and should be corrected.Show lessYak jack

For instance, our ABC towers present predefined choices, while others introduce boosters. We also have the classic towers where moves are predefined, and players can opt for textual hints. Only upon pressing the hint button a second time does the relevant piece get highlighted. We genuinely appreciate your suggestion regarding game instructions. Only problem I have is that when my gifts drop, they are sometimes grey and I can't click on them. I have to close the app and reopen to be able to click on the gift. iPhone 12 ProMaxMykee27

Almost good
This might get good, but right now it has problems that should be addressed. First is network issues. It’s often necessary to kill the app and restart it to re-establish a connection. Second, the game analysis tools are quite limited. Third, and this is the big one, the higher levels are teeming with cheaters. And because the devs have chosen to hide the opponent’s name, you can’t avoid a previously encountered cheater. I’m 2200 USCF and I’ll get a healthy advantage and then for the next 20 moves the opponent suddenly plays perfectly. It’s too frustrating. I’ll stick with lichess.Show lessParadise Pete

However, for the best experience, we recommend playing with a stable internet connection. On the topic of analytical tools, please know we have plans in the pipeline to enhance these in upcoming updates. As for fair play, we take it very seriously.
