    I seriously always want to give this app / service a fair chance because I love what they are trying to do, and every driver I’ve had as been nice. Even costumer support is pretty good. However, the success rate I have of getting reliable rides is at a embarrassing low, the app has so many bugs. The wait times are ridiculous, rides cancel on me too much. I’ll pick a ride and have it immediately tell me “I didn’t pick a ride and have to pick something else” with a huge wait time… every time I use this app it’s a frustrating experience.

  • The best motivation there is to buy a car

    I can say with confidence that the seemingly discontinued (with zero explanation) NRT OnDemand app, which worked about a quarter of the time, completely outshines this slapped together garbage-infused mess. There is exactly one singular error message when scheduling a ride, leaving the user to wonder if it was either:
    A. A service outage
    B. High demand
    C. Service area limitations
    D. The punishment of an unloving god
    I have never once been able to schedule a ride on this app, the user interface is an abomination, and it has single-handedly changed my opinion on public transit. In summary, it’s easier to sell a kidney and buy a car.

  • Garbage app

    This app is a complete waste of time. You guys should take the bus over this crappy service every time. I was travelling from St Cath to beamsville which is a 18 minute drive, it took me more than 50 minutes to reach beamville. That is if you’re lucky enough to even find a ride, half the time all the slots are booked because the company is so cheap that they can’t even afford suitable amount of cars despite the fact that they rip people off constantly. Absolutely horrible. I called their office today and they said they have no rides for another 3 hours. That’s just pathetic to be honest. Will never recommend this to anyone and I’ll get my friends to stop using this app anytime in the future. Garbage.

  • Great Update by NRT

    The previous NRT app was not that user friendly and used to crash a lot , today i gave this new plus app a try and that is really good , easy to use and great user interface. Really happy about it . Thank you NRT developers!
  • App needs updating

    Per NRTOndemand email, I’ve decided to download this app. Unfortunately, when I was about to add my payment method, it wouldn’t let me.
  • Not User-Friendly

    Despite reading the negative reviews I gave the app a try. I didn’t want to agree with the others, but I’m afraid I have to. This app is sub-standard and it requires an overhaul by a qualified programmer.

    The terms and conditions checkbox is not allowing selection and is throwing an error, resulting in a very poor user experience.
