I ordered a soundbed in December 2023 with an expected delivery date of March-April 2024. It’s now November, and I’m still waiting. Despite numerous emails assuring me that the delays are due to manufacturing equipment issues, there’s been no concrete progress or clear timeline provided.
Each update feels like an attempt to keep me waiting indefinitely. I paid for a product that has yet to be delivered, and at this point, it feels less like a delay and more like I’ve been misled.
