The app isn’t working
I’ve been trying to import my file onto the printer but it won’t download it onto the printer
Good until latest update
I can’t search anything anymore without the app crashing. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!!

This app is just about useless
My printer is linked to the app, but when you try to slice a file to send to print, it just sits there at 0%. This app will not slice anything. Only thing it’s good for is viewing with the camera, preheating the printer, and starting the dry box.
Also, the app and website are not sync’d so if I find a file and save it in the app, it doesn’t show on the computer slicer program. I have to go find it again and then set it up.

A rats maze to log in
It used to be fairly simple to login but now they’ve “improved” it, where are you have to go back-and-forth between verifying whether you are human and trying to enter in your password and although each step is correct it just doesn’t register so you keep trying, keep trying keep trying and then eventually maybe you’ll get in by doing the same things over and over again.
Same successful human check, same successful email and password, it thinks and thinks and thinks until you realize you need to scroll up and it’s another human check, which then you do successfully, and then you have to login with your password and email again, and it thinks and thanks and thanks until you scroll up and realize you have to do another human check, and keep repeating the process about 15 to 20 times, at which point perhaps you’ll get in, which tells me there’s something on their end that’s a problem.
It’s really not worth it to try to use their program at this point.

This is amazing i love it!!
Im blown away i love being able to slice and send prnts to the printer from my phone and i can watch my printer with camera from the app this is amazing the slices are pretty fast but its not the best part the best part is how many printer files are able to be found with the app. Hundreds i ran outta space and now i have to delete some but ive gotten sooo many prints done this way and its incredible i got my computer working with the slicer too and can do slices with more advanced features im still learning how to work the slicer on my computer but i can tell when i get the hang of all that stuff i bet it will make some really good prints i love it i am having huge fun with this.

I don’t know why this app gets so much heat works just fine for me and the remote for it is so convenient
Does what I need
Allows me basic remote functions and monitoring, which is really all I need.
Not bad missing LAN mode
App isn’t bad if your printers are connected to the cloud, then you monitor them, if they are on LAN mode you can’t monitor them with the app unless you have a camera server.
Camera in the cloud is very hit or miss, more miss than hit.
Needs to be updated to have access to LAN mode or open source the firmware so we can use other apps or even other slicers

What is wrong with people?
I feel like everyone is way over exaggerated how bad the app is. I mean sure the app can be slow sometimes and there’s some bugs that need fixing, but that’s just like any other app.
Extremely lacking
This is a good start but the software for slicing is way too limited to be useful. Not being able to adjust infill percentage is a huge bummer. Overall - it works, sometimes. But sometimes you need 100% infill or slower speed and it just doesn’t cut it for those times. Not a huge fan. Keep working on it. It’s not awful but not good either
