Easily understand and see the trajectory of your cardiovascular and cardiometabolic health. Our app lets you track biomarkers that are highly impactful in assessing your heart health, tracks them over time, and provides personal recommendations for improvement. Through the app, you can subscribe to regular blood testing with Boston Heart Diagnostics, and view your lab results on the app as soon as they are available.
Currently, cardiovascular health and disease risk are determined through a single-point assessment (primarily during an annual exam). By longitudinally tracking your trajectory across 7 of the most deterministic cardiovascular risk biomarkers, you will be able to not only understand where you are, but more importantly, where you are headed. This app will bring visibility to your cardiovascular risk, and also provide impactful recommendations to achieve optimal heart health.
After signing up for our test kit delivery subscription, you will receive one at-home test collection kit per quarter. Samples will be collected via finger-stick. Once the lab receives your dried blood sample and generates results, your results will update, tracking the biomarkers and revising your personalized recommendations. All tests are scientifically validated and have high clinical utility for assessing heart health.
