Hi Dr. Rose, Thank you for your feedback. Higher Bond is less than a year old and we verify 100% of our users, so our membership base is going to be understandably smaller in our first year. We are working hard to grow as quickly as possible, while maintaining the quality of the userbase. If you have deleted your profile, it is completely deleted from our systems. Additionally, we do respond to 100% of customer service messages, so we're unsure why you've rated our customer service as one star. Sadly, this does make it more challenging for us to gain new users, but we understand you have your opinion. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you the best.

Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback. We'd love to share a little about our purpose behind these two processes, while certainly acknowledging they won't be the perfect fit for everyone. The idea with 3-5 matches per day is to help Higher Bond be complementary to someone's search for love. There are a lot of major issues within the online dating industry right now with technology addiction, emotional fatigue, and burnout because dating apps don't have safeguards in place. Again, we understand this might not be necessary for everyone, but we believe it does more good for more people. With the guided messages, one of the chief complaints we've heard for years from people with online dating is low-effort first messages that don't say much more than hi. We've found that helping to guide the first message leads to more interaction and better response rates from users. Again, we understand that not everyone will prefer this. We do appreciate your feedback and have shared it with our team for consideration.
Neat idea, poor in practice at the moment
Also very annoying that it makes either person fill out a form about the person so in your messages you just see “**tell them your name and introduce…” on most messages and can’t tell if it’s your turn or theirs to talk bc they’re all colored the same once you’ve clicked on them once.
And on that note, it’s frustrating that you’ve got to fill out a whole form as your ONLY shot to reach out to this person (can’t message again unless they accept) and you cannot edit this form after but you also can’t save your progress or look at the persons profile while writing what interest you!! So annoying, if made me start writing notes on the person in a notebook before going to message them and that’s gotten so tedious it makes me want to leave entirely so it’s no wonder I have so few people reach out since they’re dealing with the same annoying flow.

Thank you so much for your feedback and we are working hard to grow as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of the app :) Positive support and feedback does help us in that process. Regarding the guided messages, that is only for the very first message. Once that is sent and accepted, you can send messages back and forth as often as you'd like without needing to know whose turn it is. Your suggestion to make viewing the other user's profile while sending messages is a fantastic one! We've passed that on to our development team and it's in production for an upcoming release.
Christian dating with quality over quantity
My experience with the service specifically has been discouraging. I have received zero messages. My experience is probably influenced by a combination of women not being interested in me and a low user base. I live in a city within the top ten populous of the nation and I have relaxed filters. Whatever the case may be, I pray for Gods will and his timing is always right.
