They ruined the game with this last update
I started the game because they had gone from one puzzle to the next in a row. This last update they added cities that make no sense. There is no way to opt out of the city section and get back to just the puzzles. I have to choose the puzzle part EVERY SINGLE TIME. If I wanted to deal with cities and update this building or that I would have gotten a different game. If they at least had a way to opt out of the cities it wouldn’t be so bad but there isn’t even a customer service on the game to ask about it. If I could uninstall the last update maybe that would put it back the way it was but there isn’t even that option. Yesterday I would have given it 5 stars. After today’s update if I could give it no stars I would. I’ll change it if they give an option to go back to the way it was.Show lesscinvowell
Long aggressive ads, otherwise a 5
So, it’s a great game. But, each day, you have to wade through lengthy ads, mostly for Royal Match, 30-60 second ads. I end up quitting the game, then eventually coming back to it. It’s a shame, because I really do enjoy the game - great developers & performance - but the business people behind the game are selling out and the players are paying the price. Again, it’s too bad, but there seems to be a love affair with Royal Match and other long ads. Even that would be acceptable, but Royal Match covers the ability to Mute with a self-promoting banner. I’ve never seen this in any of the games I play.Show lesstam rya
Used to be fun.
I used to really enjoy this game. But then you started with the bra ads. When it gives you the X to X out of the ad, it takes you to the web browser and their site. Which they then put cookies on your device. So you go to settings to delete cookies and close tabs, only to go back and click the X to X out and back to your browser you go! So then you have to shut down the game and go back in. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE FUN TO YOU??? To add insult to injury, you now accept 2 more ads that do the exact same thing! One of them says "you have a virus on your device" and the X takes you to their website that tries to but dangerous cookies on my device! Fun, but too many ads
This is a fun game. I’ll give you that. It is nice to kill some time, and a good thinker. And thank you for not false advertising. The ads are relevant to the game as well.

But I want to talk about the ads. There are so many! Every single time I finish a round, I watch a 3 minute ad! It is so annoying! And my mom won’t let me pay to make them go away, and my friend payed and nothing happened. In the game, I am spending more time on ads than actually playing. Way, way, WAY too many ads. Good game however
When you can play the game it is fun…That is why I gave it a 4 star. But to get to the next level you must watch an ad. You can get the cheap prize and break into the ad to stop it but if you want the bigger prize you must watch almost the whole ad. I spend more time watching ads than playing the game. So with the ad situation it would be a 2-3 star. I understand this is for them to make money, but would be nice if we could play 3-5 levels before watching a full add.Show lessKimbahey

OBVIOUSLY, THERE IS NO ONE IN YOUR TECH SUPPORT DEPARTMENT THAT READS NOR DOES ANYTHING ABOUT THE ISSUES WE ARE HAVING WITH YOUR GAME. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
Update….I guess it’s time to delete this game and look for something better. Even after your update, nothing has changed to fix problems others have noted to you and none of what I’ve described either. Whatever bugs you trapped, I hope they didn’t escape back into the game because nothing’s improved. (1) There are not enough Hard and Epic challenges. I keep completing them and it takes months before more are available. It gets boring to keep playing the same, every day games over and over. At least make repeats of the hard and epic games like you do the easy. Just don’t have them played so close together. (2) What are the coins good for? I have 546,837 and can’t buy anything anymore. I bought what I could and what’s left is only available after winning certain categories, but those categories never play! What gives? (3) And….the bottom ads cut off some of the game, especially when the trap is down there and we can’t see it. (4)Also.… the snakes look like worms. I really enjoy playing but have won level 12 3+ times and still says I’ve Failed. Same with level 41. What’s up??? Then have played and won levels 42 & 43, gives me points (which are useless) but doesn’t reflect the win. Updated yesterday and now get Gold Snakes. And then updated again today. Guess we’ll see. Maybe use points to buy lives??? A bit later my levels cleared and I’m changing my review to 4 stars. Would like to see more challenges in the regular play instead of always repeating I guess snakes can only go so many directions. Thanks, this game is very addicting.Show lessMarshaT

Bright colors, no timer, not too hard, not too easy, smooth animation, great graphics - a terrific game. I paid to remove graphics soon after I downloaded it; you can tell early if the game is for you - and it definitely is for me.
It’s simple to play but a person does need to pay attention. I’m a senior and my reflexes aren’t what they used to be so I really appreciate the no timers. It would be a good game for kids, seniors and everyone in between. I’m not sure how long it will keep my attention, hopefully for a long while - I like that I can play for a couple minutes or tune out the world and play for an hour.
