This is the first time I have used an eSIM and I found it very easy to install and activate.
If you are buying on the phone you are going to install ask a friend to take a picture of the QR code you are sent, then scan from the picture as it saves a manual install.
Certainly saves a lot of money against UK roaming charges!Show lessCW@F1

I purchased ESIM through their website based on recommendations from our tour operator.
Then I got email telling me about app - which sounds great… but then I learned I can only use app with eSims purchased via app😞
That is unfortunate.. perhaps a heads up on website would be good..Woodytrav

It took me a while to understand how to capture the QR code with my phone from an email on my phone. Ultimately I used a computer to read the email showing the QR code and captured it in my phone.
Instructions could be a bit clearer but eventually I got it functioning.FranceyJr
