Auto tip is predatory
The meaning of Tip is pretty much nonexistent when it’s designed to be automatically added. The user has to remove or change the amount. That doesn’t mean that it’s tip.

Delicious but expensive, auto-added tip
Killer Burger is delicious but expensive. When it costs $80 to feed a family of four, at what is basically a fast food restaurant, and I have to drive to pick it up, it’s pretty sketchy for them to add a $10 “tip” by default. I removed the tip, but had to change my credit card, and it added the tip back on before I noticed. Beware.

I downloaded the app, my fingers trembling with anticipation as I added the order to the cart. But when it came time to enter my credit card information, the thrill turned to dread. I tried two different cards, each one a lifeline tossed into the abyss, only to watch them vanish into the dark void of rejection. Frustration bubbled up as I grappled with the irony: here I was, ready to indulge in a feast with my family, only to be thwarted by this digital specter of failure. What a cruel twist, a joke played by the universe, leaving me feeling like a ghost in my own home—a waste of time, indeed.

Fake Promotions and lots of Ads
The app sends lots of advertising notifications and the rare deal. However I’ve never had a deal work. It just opens the app and nothing happens. I tried to send a message in the “Contact Us” section but it refused to send. So now for me Killer Burger = Disappointment.
No free fry

Easy to use, perfect app for just ordering that one burger you’ve been craving all day. Also workers at the window were super nice and helped remake my sandwich.
