Almost there

The fact this app works at all to serve react native apps on device is impressive to say the least. Well done there. However, there are a few quality of life issues that make it hard to work with.

The code editor could use some love, the syntax highlighting is good however manipulating text is a lot harder than it should be. Copy/paste is hard to access and the carat actively tries to avoid being placed inside existing code which is a big problem for maintainability.

There's a pretty steep learning curve for individuals new to react native. The built in navigation features are great but it would be better if it were an option.

A sample project included with the app would do it wonders. Something the user can create from a template, run, edit, save and recreate from the template if necessary. A kind of playground of sorts that demos all this app can do.

It's so cool.

Being able to develop React Native applications on my phone and run them without needing to constantly switch between my computer and phone is a massive game changer. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it easy for even beginners to get started. Plus, the ability to test and debug on my phone in real-time is incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this app for any React Native developers on the go

Great!!!

I'm blown away by this app! It's amazing that I can use my phone to develop React Native programs, and even integrate with Node.js and Python code. The fact that it also connects to PostgreSQL databases is just icing on the cake. The interface is intuitive, and I was able to start developing right away without any issues. I would highly recommend this app to any developers out there looking for a mobile development tool.

Very powerful app

This is currently the best software I use to develop apps on my phone. It supports React Native and many libraries, and even allows database connections! It's astonishing!

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. We will continue to improve our app and bring more optimizations and features.

Doesn’t do anything

It just browses a couple GitHub pages but when you go to start “creating” an app it just makes a basic 3 page interface.

Response from developer

I think you created a demo app from Getting Started, which is a demo app, but you still click on any of the pages under Pages to start writing code and then run that code or run the whole app, because it's a programming app, it needs you to write code and then run it. You can click the top right corner of the App cell to open the App Editor and start writing the code. The GitHub pages you are browsing are third-party repositories‘s documents. We list all the third-party repositories that are available in Maruko, and you can easily access them in the app. If you have any further questions, please contact maruko@shu.dev.

Great development tool

This is the best app I've seen for writing React Native apps on mobile. There are a lot of libraries built in, which basically meet my general needs. But if you can add your own third-party libraries, it would be even better.

The database feature is very good, and it is very easy to write a tool to browse my database. PostgreSQL doesn't seem to support non-public schema yet, I hope it will support this feature.

Awesome App

It’s so cool! I can use it directly to write some private tools now and save myself from building a full app. It’s really useful.
