Easy!

The new app is very easy to use. All of my information is organized in an intuitive way. The payment process is convenient to use and clearly presented.

Not my favorite.

It’s a pretty challenging app to use. Everything feels buried, and certain things should be consolidated to reduce the amount of options a person has to dig through. My biggest complaint though is that you cannot see pending payments, which, I mean wow. So I now have to hope to remember to call after a long 3 day (holiday) weekend to see if they can cancel a payment on my behalf because I scheduled two unintentionally and cannot cancel it myself. This is the age of self-service. This app needs to get with it.

Great app to see what is going on with you acc. without having to talk to a customer service representative. Makes making a payment much easier. The only reason for a 4 star is that they don’t take a Visa or MC. Only an ACH that I terribly don’t like .

Love it!

No one likes change and I was nervous when the app was changing but I love the new one. It is easy to use, the details of my loan are clear, and I can make payments quickly and easily.

One of the easiest

The app is very clear on how to pay your Bill. I appreciate the steps in reference to your balance due, estimate value and escrow. No complaints here!

House payment

I have the Carrington app and it’s shows at all times that I owe two payments.. I’m not sure how to fix the problem.. If any suggestions please feel free..

This App Update Needs Repair

You updated the app and all the out of date information I removed, was added back to the account. Why can’t you just leave something that works alone. Thank you for updating and blocking me from accessing my account. I’d give the update a 0 if I could.

Okay app careful with updates

The app is pretty easy to use but beware. New updates always cause my app to completely stop working. I usually just delete the app and redownload it, then it works fine.
