Doesn’t work properly

Doesn’t work when you try to make a payment. Instead it says an error occurred try again later. The app has been doing this for a few months. Would save you more time to call or use the website.

Terrible downgrade

Very poor UI management, the banners block the log in area.

The new password reset function requires your loan number which most of us can’t access.

This is a huge waste of money on their part - functions worse than the old app and since we can’t log in it’s driving high call rates.

Faulty App

DO NOT USE APP FOR PAYMENTS! App gave me an error 3 times when attempting to make a payment. No success, based on the errors, so I scheduled payment through my bank’s bill pay. Lo and behold, I get a deduction in my account from the payment that was never completed in Carrington’s app, AND they received my bill pay payment. They won’t refund the one from their erroneous app without a statement on bank letterhead showing both payments, yet they tell me I don’t have a payment due until January, which indicates they are in receipt of two payments.

Absolute garbage

My loan was transferred here from another company and ever since I have had nothing but issues. I was out of state when the change happened which put me a month behind on bills. The app doesn’t tell you if there’s a payment processing only if it’s posted which raises the chance of double payment. My payments now jumped up as well and autopay can’t set up on the desktop website. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

New App Problems

This new app is abominable!! Every month I have a problem making my payment! I’ve been trying for an hour to no avail. Now it’s telling me to try again later. Insanely frustrating!!!!!!

Super complicated and just not enough information given!

I definitely do not like this app is just the worse. Ones it sends you to the new one you have to download it every time. I just don’t like this app at all. It does not give you a lot information

App works with limited features

At least the app works. I just got transferred from my previous mortgage company and their app didn’t even work. Do wish it would load and reflect what future payments are to show an estimated payoff date. This would be nice for those of us trying to pay our mortgage down a little faster.

Horrible management.

Why can’t you push the update through the old up? This companies management is trash. Had problems through the entire loan process with their loan officers and now this?

Use the website.

I can’t even login before that just starts glitching and freezes. Don’t bother with this people just go through the website. I tried don’t waste your time. The other reviews are DEFINITELY right about this “App”.
