Not loading account info

Like previous reviews, loaded new app, went to make payment and states my information is not available…. Never had problems with old app. Now going to have to go through the hassle of calling and making a payment over phone or mailing in payment. Not very convenient for busy a person with a hectic schedule.

This app is worthless

I left a 2 star review earlier because of it not being mobile friendly but now, the app shows NOTHING about my loan info. It popped up an error message stating my loan cannot be found.. interesting.

Cannot Find your Loan right Now

I have attempted to use this iOS app daily for a while now and it can NEVER find my loan. That said, I can see my 3-month payment history. I log out and back in with no change. I have to use Firefox browser on my iPhone and go to the full web site to make payments and view escrow balance.

App stating no loan present

I never had a problem with the old app. This upgrade I did everything correctly and my loan showed through the website and the new app. Checked my profile, set up my biometrics and EVERYTHING was listed. Went in to pay May’s payment and app stated that it had no loan information! WHAT!!! Went to the website only to see there are technical difficulties. Try using the other options. I do not have time to sit on the phone, I am not paying extra for the other services. When will this problem be fixed and when will it go down again? This needs to be fixed, was this even tested before revoking the other Carrington app. Do not recommend this upgrade.

Couldn’t give a a zero star

I really don’t like it. The old way would allow me to give extra payment on the principal.
Not happy at all. Keep logging in and I can’t make my mortgage payment .
Don’t like it. Zero stars .

Doesn’t work

Logged into the new app and none of my loan information is there, it says I don’t have any loans with them. Well, unfortunately I have had a loan with Carrington for the last couple of years.
Please fix your app, your old one worked fine. It shouldn’t be a hassle to make a payment.

App doesn’t work

App doesn’t work. It says no loans found. Had to download it because all the website says is loans currently serviced. So I can’t pay my house note online or on the app. Very frustrating.

Nice redesign

Nice redesign, but I find that I need to uninstall/reinstall the app after some updates in order for payment to work again.

Shocking

Unbelievable. Terrible communication to changes and now your previous information is not accessible in the new app format. Living on the west coast there is no access to help with customer support in an appropriate time frame within west coast working hours as it is an EST service. Terrible if you use the app to pay your mortgage and your mortgage payment is due on a weekend. They won’t be open to help you with access to pay your bills.
