Payments don’t work

This app is horrible. I don’t understand why they made a new app. First off I never chose to be with these guys. However here I am. And now I can’t make payments cause every time I press make payment the last week with this app it crashes and logs me out. Also, if you don’t log in on app at least once a day it shows that your account is locked. And you have to wait to log in.

Can’t make payments- what’s the point!

Carrington is pushing the app. I open my app, it says they have a new one I have to download. I download it and it says this loan can’t make payments through the app. What the point? Deleting.

Payments missing

App is nice but seems to have deleted or misplaced my payments options I have from the old app and the website. Have to pay threw my internet browser due to app not having my payments option. Also when I go to add my payments option the app is blacked out or doesn’t have text to indicate wether it’s a savings or checking account. But if I go to the website my payment options are still there.

A huge improvement from the previous mobile app

The new app is much easier to manage our mortgage. We get a nice detail of our loan, view documents related to the mortgage, escrow, etc. Compared to the last app, this one is vastly superior. I’ll admit the bar was low, but it’s nice to not have to visit the mobile site just to get a breakdown of loan. So kudos to the developers. I look forward to how this app continues to develop to provide more support to the loanees.

The worst app

Not worth downloading, useless, no able to make payment of view mortgage information. Just unfriendly, to support at all.

UX Disaster — Don’t Be Fooled by the “Rerelease”

It makes me wonder whether this app was even tested on modern mobile devices. Hamburger menu, bottom navigation (cut off icons). It’s actually harder to navigate this app than to just use the web portal. Not to mention it didn’t even display anything account-specific, only placeholder texts and buttons after I logged in. PDFs for statements you can just forget about. You’d think with the amount of money they’re collecting off interest payments there’d be some investment into more than one software developer shouldering the burden of this entire disaster.

The only reasonable feature in this app is login with FaceID, but I just do that with Safari + iCloud Keychains.
