Washing himself was quoted once to have said “I cannot tell a lie, 1776 United is the epitome of the American spirit.” Even Patrick Henry said, “Give me 1776 United, or give me death!”. I was wearing one of my 1776 United shirts yesterday and a bald eagle came down, grabbed my socialist co-worker, winked at me while complementing my shirt as it carried the socialist off to feed to its little freedom babies. When ordering it, they made it clear it would take 4 months to make because they are hand made mugs. It has now been 16 months and I can’t get any reply’s from customer service. I’ve tried the messaging system and have sent several emails. I received one reply over a year ago. For a company that says they “lose sleep at night if they have one unhappy customer”, they seem pretty ok with taking money and not fulfilling orders. ### 1/5 — Never arrived *2024-04-30* I ordered a T-shirt last September and it never arrived, I contacted customer support twice and just received an automated email about how they were backed up and would respond when they could, they never have. All there stuff looks awesome and I really wish I would be able to do business with them. I’ve order from this company many times over the years, they were always great. Now they take my money, don’t deliver their product, and ghost me on the customer service side.
