I searched for Jerusalem with no results. How can you not have a map of Jerusalem? Totally not user friendly. ### 1/5 — NOT *2014-06-23, version 5.5* It seems the only maps missing from the long list are any maps that actually pertain to events in the Bible. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. ### 1/5 — Do Not BUY! *2014-01-13* I want a true Bible Atlas but not an over priced collection of nearly unreadable images of maps that are not interactive and unsearchable. Most of the included maps have nothing to do with Biblical references. What does a map of the Confederate States of America have to do with bible atlas? NOTHING. Most maps are just as useless to Bible study. I should have listened. I could have read the reviews. I didn't. It is a waste of $3.00. You should have maps to use as reference materials for biblical sites, not maps of Great Britain and the United States. Don't waste your money. Where are the maps of Christ's Journeys? Why are many maps not dated? Can't really use this app as a Bible atlas at all. ### 1/5 — Katastrophe *2013-01-19* Die App lockt als Bibelatlas um die Bibel zu studieren und verrät, dass es außer 3 Bibel nichts Deutsches an sich hat nicht. Selbst mit Englischkentnissen ist es nicht zu gebrauchen, da die Kartenbilder quasi als Bild gespeichert sind und man kein Iphonegerechtes Bild zur Darstellung bekommt. Wer denkt, dass er zur Bibelstellen eine Karte bekommt, irrt sich, denn die Karten sind häßlich alt und nicht sortiert. Von mir keine Empfehlung ### 1/5 — Bible Atlas *2012-09-18* I must say I'm disappointed with this program that promises much but provides little. It is NOT a Bible Atlas. It is merely a collection of maps from the public domain. Save your money; there are better programs. If I could demand a refund, I would. It appears that ALL the Ian Vink apps are merely collections of public domain info, many of which have little value in Bible study. ### 1/5 — Minister *2012-07-15* Lack of maps of the location of the ancient history. Locations and maps of the beguining of the gospel, cities like Jerusalem, Efeso, Galathian, Esmirna, Pergamo, Tiatira, Sardis, Philipos, Lodicea, Thesalonians, Corinto, etc, etc. The routes of places that Jesus walked in his ministry. The new problem is that there are about 4 maps that are related to the Bible. Any related to Bible? Haven’t found one yet. *2024-03-27* I had the 112+ maps app on my iPad and went there to look at the tribal distribution of Joshua’s time. When I opened the app, I immediately got an offer to purchase the Bible Atlas. I thought, this might be helpful. Bought it but was sorely disappointed when I went looking for a single map of the tribal allotments. Not only could I not find that, I found every other map in all of recorded history (well, ok) but nothing of Old Testament biblical relevance. Oh, and lots of ads for related apps. I want to be kind about this but I’m deleting it. Keep the $2.99. I’ll know better next time. Their apps are not kept up to date with new iOS releases, they crash at start up, and they have no support. You’ll either spend money with reputable companies or go with free options. Sand Apps Inc. apps are a waste of time and resources. ### 1/5 — Bible atlas *2019-05-05* I purchased this software and it won’t even open. Is there a patch or fix for this? If it looks familiar, it is because someone has photocopied Shephard's Historical Atlas, lock, stock and barrel. I have a print copy of this book. The whole thing is here! Not sure about the legality of it, but it is very useful. ### 3/5 — Expand the maps! *2013-09-16* Ok guys! I like the app, but there is no option to expand full screen the maps. C'mon! There is a 9.7" screen in the iPad and i can see half of the maps in it. The Maps Plus app doesn’t even have maps, only definitions of of names.
