The app requires a connection to a server that no longer works. I guess the Tachicoma really is dead.

It keeps saying I have network error even if I’m on Wi-Fi I’m not sure why! I would love to use this app please update this and then I give it five stars for now since I can’t access it I give it only 4.

私も久しぶりに起動させようと思ったらエラーが出て、サイトを見てサポート終了を知りました。高額商品を売っておきながら、３年にも満たないうちにサポート終了ですか。
他の方が書いているとおり、アプリは接続エラーが出て使えません。スタンドアローンモードとやらは「Androidのみ」対応だそうです。サイトの説明からはアクションや撮影はアプリからできます、Androidならセリフ開放があります、みたいな感じの文章になってますが、実際にはAndroidでなければ全く何もできません。ただの置き物です。
サポートからは問い合わせに対して「iPhoneは対応してないからAndroidで遊んでね」という返事がありました。正直、返信があるかも期待していなかったので返信があった事に星ひとつ。本当は星ゼロです。攻殻ファン心理につけ込んで高額商品を売り逃げとか最低です。

cerevo公式ページによりますと、1/8タチコマは2021年8月31日をもって、インターネットと接続して提供するすべての機能を終了しました。ただし、こちらの専用アプリと連携して、タチコマとの会話、マニューバーモード、写真撮影は可能だそうです。私は最近、1/8タチコマとiPhoneをこのアプリで連携しようとしたところ、初期設定のユーザー名登録の段階で「サーバーとの通信エラー」が表示され、タチコマの操作画面まで進むことができませんでした。サーバー保守が終了したことは理解していますが、利用可能と謳っているオフライン機能すら利用できない状態で放置するのはいかがなものかと思います。昨年末にcerevo公式宛にメールで問い合わせをしましたが返答を得られず、先週再び確認の問い合わせをしたものの音沙汰がありません。サポート対応の有無に関わらず、問い合わせメールを確認した段階で返事をするようお願いしましたが、返事が来ないということは問い合わせメールを放置し続けているということですね。アプリと連携できないせいで、タチコマはしゃべることも動くこともできずに置物状態です。とても悲しいです。
