The selection is vast.  The flowers are fresh.  The customer service is terrific.  The agents always help if I get in a jam.  On the rare occurrence something goes wrong the company has made it right or reimbursed me me.  I am a passport member and this makes sending flowers so affordable.   Great company/app.

What an absolute horrible experience there’s always an excuse. Things are never delivered on time or at all orders aren’t processed correctly.  Pretty sad I ordered flowers four days ago for a birthday and of course there was an issue.  Avoid this company just contact your local flower companies directly.

I wish the app would have a filter available for pet households. A lot of the flowers used in the arrangements are toxic to dogs and cats. I wish there was a filter to designate safe for pet homes. 

Carnations, Lillies or Tulips are in almost every arrangement.
