It doesn’t save any information. When a teledoc is needed, I would not opt to use this company or app! ### 1/5 — This app does not work it just spins and spins. Aside from it taking forever to load each page, it will kick me out of whatever prompt I’m completing. It won’t let me type in information and freeze for several minutes at a time. I start all over just to have the same issues happen again. The difficulty of using this app makes me so frustrated that I end up visiting a clinic in person. What’s the point? What’s the point of making an app to help patients that does not work effectively and in the end people are still going out into the public sick. I’ve given the chance for more than one update - no real changes to the blatant glitches have been made.
