The login and sign up process does not work. I receive the OTP and enter it but does not allow me to sign up or log in.
This has been the case for as long as I can remember. My solution is to still call the shop and book manually

I love this brand and the quality, consistency of service. Been visit their shops since inauguration. 
Personally, I prefer apps vs call centers. Booked my first appointment today and the app is as good ae sliced bread.
