Okay, cool! Though before the event occoured, I was able to play four levels, then I leave for about an hour give or take, and suddenly I cannot play any levels and basically all my progress is gone. Although there’s options to not play the event set, it doesnt let me. I took notice when checking this page out, that there was at least a bug fixed almost every week. I’m glad these bugs get fixed, but fixing them every week seems a bit more off putting to me. As someone who has spent quite a chunk of money on this game, I would expect customer support to be a bit more helpful when a problem occurs. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case here. I reported an issue with one of the missions required to obtain a certificate. Long story short, even when you do everything correctly and exactly as described, you don’t receive the reward. After reporting the issue, it takes approximately a day to get a response, and when you finally receive one, it isn’t particularly helpful. Instead of acknowledging and fixing what appears to be a problem with the code, I was basically given advice on how to work around the bug and adapt what I was doing to compensate for it. Surely it should be the other way around — the code should work according to the description of what is required to complete the task. This body has more disgusting trash than other troubling gaming bodies. So unless you enjoy being phųcked over just stay away.
