Did you select your vehicle with the button on the home page? We have over 23,000 auto repair videos in the app for thousands of different vehicles. Maybe you missed them by not selecting your specific year+make+model? ### 3/5 — Mixed feelings *2024-09-14* Although I have found a few parts and the repair videos are really good, I can’t ever seem to find parts almost every single time. I do repairs on 4 of my personal vehicles as well as every person in my family. Parts seem to never be available 90% of the time. I am thinking about deleting this app since it really doesn’t benefit me to have it. I tried to support A1 but it seems to be a waste of time since I use A1 first when looking for videos and parts. Always end up somewhere else for parts. Maybe I’ll just keep it for repairs videos….. **Developer response:** Thanks for trying out the app and giving us your feedback. Im not sure why you’d launch and not have it include all of the things needed to successfully USE the app. The make & model of my car isn’t available [yet] & the parts list isn’t available on the videos.. which is a little goofy to me. why have it there now if that info hasn’t been added..? I thought at first, maybe Im just being dramatic but the app doesn’t have much that’s helpful on it for me at this time. Being able to look up auto repair videos easily by a specific year + make + model is really helpful, and the biggest reason we made this app. As car-enthusiasts ourselves, we wanted a way to find specific car-repair info quickly as we wrench on our own cars. The 1A Auto app is now updated weekly with new videos, parts, and useful app features that we think will help folks repair their own cars. I love how professionally done they are. I would always go to YouTube but now I have them all in one place! The “favorite” button is awesome so I can save videos I want to refer to again. Man you guys are awesome! Side, note… I replaced both my Chevy Suburban front axles, hub assemblies, and break pads from 1A-Auto parts and it’s worked like a dream! Support said they could do nothing about it and to reset my browser history and try again. Past that nothing they could do. I could have bought the ones with the correct plug from AUTO ZONE and have heated power mirrors for the same price. So now I’m stuck with manual mirrors that aren’t heated BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO PAY $90 DOLLARS TO RETURN SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE PAID FOR BY THE COMPANY (THIS COMPANY!) AS THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SOLD ME THE WRONG PARTS! No I do NOT recommend them and I will never use them again. This was the last order you’ll be getting out of me, AND I ORDER A LOT. ### 1/5 — Vehicle info *2023-01-31* The app add a vehicle feature only list one of my 4 vehicles. We do have over 17,000 videos now, but even with that many, it's hard to cover all years, makes, and models. That being said, we did add a whole bunch more recently. Hopefully we can win you back! ### 2/5 — Okay, but redundant vehicle verification *2026-07-03* I am unable to log in with my email and password. When I try to reset my password, it says an account with that email does not exist. My email and password work just fine on the mobile page and desktop version. Also, I’m tired of this app constantly asking about vehicle fitment even after selecting the vehicle from my garage when searching. **Developer response:** Thank you for this feedback. We are sorry about that log-in issue you encountered, and we have just released a new version of the app with a fix for this. If you're willing to - please give the app an update and try the password reset again. It should work now. Once you're logged in, it will save your vehicle, and you won't need to re-enter it all the time. Feel free to update your review and let us know how it works out!
