Now, the complete data set had been showing sporadically on the app previously, but then it stopped connecting and receiving data from the scale. Basically my 1byone scales are now useless as a full body smart measuring device. Don’t bother buying the older white ones with the four square silver sensors as there is no current app on the App Store by 1byone that will connect. All of a sudden, the app isn’t working. I tried re-registering, and I get a notification “Network Unavailable”. Did they shut it down completely? I hope not because I’d lose over 10 years of my historical data. Apparently they created this new app without informing their customers of the transition and deletion. Lost 5 years of my data. The original wellness app is no longer in the App Store and the replacement health app won’t pair with the scales (confirmed by 1byone support).
