I have also logged in today to find that several cpd hours have been deleted/disappeared. I’m now worried anything I add will be lost too. I have contacted RCVS to see if they can help. This app worked fine after downloading it, but it’s the 2024 logs it has an issue with. ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing *2024-02-14, version 2.3.10* I tend to find that on the iPhone when reflecting it will allow me to reflect once then crashes on subsequent attempts to reflect on other CPD in the list. This has happened fairly consistently and becomes frustrating to the point you end up falling behind with the reflections therefore not conforming with CPD requirements! Same rubbish different day. App crashes when trying to save reflections and the rcvs hounds you to reflect. Would do if it stopped crashing 14.02.2024 ### 1/5 — Unable to save reflections *2023-12-18, version 2.3.10* Unable to save any reflections on the app. Just gives me a pop up of Saving in process ### 1/5 — Keeps telling me I’m offline *2023-12-05, version 2.3.10* Every time I open the app it tells me I’m offline and that any input won’t be updated to the RCVS website. I’m definitely online and my internet is working, so it looks as if the glitch is still not fixed. However the app lacks access to the VetGDP, which is available through the website and would be greatly appreciated by new graduate vets. ### 3/5 — Issues with entering information *2022-10-09* When selecting dates for CE, the app will consistently change it to the date before, example it was on the 21st, when saved it will change to the 20th. For extended dates for conferences will do same for both. Occasionally also have issue when entering length of time for CE, enter one and a half hours, will save as one. However, I don’t like that all my previous CPD is lumped together in one long list with no distinction made between the years.
