The car company swears they submitted those as “pending charges” that would be expunged by 1FBUSA once the final charge was actually made. A final charge of the entire duration I had the rental car was made for $3200 overdrawing and maxing out my credit card which 1FBUSA did not decline. All the other pending charges did drop but my available balance looks as if I got charged all the pending charges and the $3200. Not sure whether I should be upset at the car company or this place but the representatives have been so rude. ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-04-14, version 2.133.395* Unable to log on. I have what looks to be fraudulent charges on my account and I cant even go into the app to see!!! And I'm constantly getting emails that I'm not paying my balance in time when it’s only the 1st of the month. Its hard to keep up with anything when I have to call constantly just to get an update on my account. Theres no telling how long I've been getting random charges to my card cause there is no way of knowing. Im DONE.
