However, I have one request (and I’m using a review to do it, because I could find no way of contacting you, and your Help page isn’t working) - on your Spa channel, is there any way of making your station identification/commercials about half the volume they currently are? I use that channel to fall asleep to, but with your station identification at the same volume as all the other channels, it is LOUD, extremely jarring, and always wakes me up just as I’m falling asleep.
