It loads and once I’m on the home page, nothing works. Clicking stuff does nothing. It’s a useless app if it can’t do anything. ### 1/5 — Tried Several Times — App Still Doesn’t Work *2025-11-09* I downloaded this app a month ago, but it didn’t work — after the first load to the home screen, nothing was clickable or responsive. I deleted and reinstalled it but had the same problem, so I deleted it again. A month later, I decided to try again hoping it was fixed, but unfortunately, it still doesn’t work. The home screen loads, but nothing happens when you tap anything. Super frustrating because I actually wanted to use it, but it just doesn’t work. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-11-07, version 2.5.0* The app doesn’t work!! I have tried to delete and reinstall, made sure I had the last version. Didn’t get any better for fun free things to do! ### 5/5 — Easy Access to Tickets *2022-08-17, version 2.5.0* Enjoyed browsing on App for shows. Easy to submit requests. Got two shows over 3 day weekend trip! ### 5/5 — Great events opportunities! *2022-04-11, version 2.5.0* I’ve had some of my best event memories with 1iota. I’ve seen Coldplay, Jïmmy Kimmel, and several exclusive preview movies. Highly recommended. ### 5/5 — Great app *2022-03-29, version 2.5.0* Easy to navigate and great offerings ### 5/5 — BRAVO *2021-12-03, version 2.5.0* Made my time in LA so much fun. I always found something exciting. I recommend this app above all its competitors. 1iota has never let me down. ### 5/5 — The Best Way to Be a Part of the Audience! *2021-11-21, version 2.5.0* 1iota always makes it real! They’re exactly what my husband and me need…to see celebrities on game shows and talk shows and to be a part of a funny, enthusiastic audience. They’re timelines are accurate (no waiting in lines for hours on end) and they get us into exciting shows in NYC. Love 1iota! ### 5/5 — I LOVE 1iota but HATE this update *2021-11-04* I love 1iota but the app isn’t working for me? I’ve been using them since 2017 but now the events aren’t showing. I even have a new phone and still can only see the events on the website. Not sure what to do? 1iota is fantastic though! The staff is incredibly kind and hard working, the shows are fun, and the events are epic! I have had front row to Ariana Grande and Camila Cabello, Kelly Clarkson, and red nose day where I got to chat with Jane Lynch and wave to Ann Hathaway. I attended the VMA rehearsals where Shawn Mendez, Jennifer Lopez, and Post Malone performed. Anna Kendrick practiced her announcement sketch as well. I also got a “high five” from Nick Carter from The Backstreet Boys at that event. Saw them again for a Central Park concert. I got to attend Jimmy Kimmel live in Brooklyn and shake his hand. Tony Bennet performed. I have photos with Ryan Seacrest, Michael Strahan, and Robin Robert’s. Attend movie/tv premiers, have the absolute best viewing location for the 4th of July fireworks. I’ve received books, gift cards, and random gifts while being an audience member. If you live in NYC or are just visiting, you definitely need to check this app to see what is going on! BUT if the app isn’t working you’ll have to use the website which isn’t as user friendly. ### 5/5 — Makes a piece of life more exciting *2021-10-19, version 2.5.0* This app makes a piece of life exciting…it allows you to find and request ticket for shows with live audiences. I’ve now seen three shows thanks to this app! ### 5/5 — So organized *2021-09-08, version 2.5.0* Excellent customer service great communication ### 5/5 — Great app, but… *2021-05-27, version 2.5.0* I have been in this app forever. I love it. But the only show it posts is the James cordon show. Not Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers. I’m on the waitlist for Stephen Colbert but I have to go online via Instagram to access it. --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
