Your hand always fits, so you never scroll to see what you're holding. In Euchre the trick lands in front of whoever played it, at their angle, the way it would on a real table. PLAYING A FRIEND Euchre against a friend now uses the same table as the solo game, instead of four cards in a row. Cribbage now counts the crib. It was being dealt and then skipped, which quietly cost the dealer four or five points every hand — sorry about that. You can also deal the next hand, so a cribbage game can be played out to 121. And there's a turn clock when the host sets one, so a game doesn't stall when somebody puts their phone down. In Euchre, if your time runs out your phone makes the safest move it can rather than leaving everyone waiting. WORDS Word games accept every real word you can make from the letters, not just the one we had in mind. Spell STONE when we had ONSET and it counts. About 34,000 more words in the dictionary, so ordinary words like NOISY, RIVET and TRAWL stop being rejected. Drag the letters in Word Scramble and Word Rush, or keep tapping — both work. Plus a new way to send us a bug, an idea, or a question, from the menu or any game's how-to-play. ### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-05 Word games now accept every real word you can make from the letters - not just the one we were thinking of. If you spell STONE when we had ONSET, that counts. We also added about 34,000 words to the dictionary, so ordinary words like NOISY, RIVET and TRAWL stop being rejected. (This one already reached your phone - no update needed.) Drag the letters in Word Scramble and Word Rush. Drop one straight into a slot, or slide a letter you already placed to a different spot. Tapping still works exactly as before. Word Rush tells you what happened when a word doesn't land, and you can buy a hint that fills in the next letter. Tell us something: there's a new way to send a bug, an idea, or ask for help, from the menu or from any game's how-to-play. Plus a clearer difficulty icon, and the how-to-play screens now read properly in every language we support. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-03 Five more languages: 1Mazing now speaks Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Italian. The Daily 01 remembers your day. Finish it and the screen shows what you scored - your streak, your Bits, your 1Word grid - instead of offering a replay worth nothing. Want another go at one of the games? Tap it and you go straight to the game itself. Flash Grid in the Daily now actually climbs, from three tiles to eight, so no day starts with two warm-up rounds. Score keeps one shared scoreboard across every phone at the court. Anyone on it can call the point, from either side, and nobody has to walk over to the scorekeeper. With VoiceOver switched on, 1Mazing now offers Sound & Touch - the layout built for playing by ear and feel - instead of leaving you to find it. Chess, Checkers and Pool will read the board out loud, joining the games that already did.
