I have tried their live chat, their WhatsApp and emailing them and still 5 months later, nothing. What a rip off! They for my cards in February but I sit here unable to contact them and get my payment. I can’t even get anybody to respond to my messages in Whats app or my emails or messages sent through the app, in a section that says “Don’t Worry, we’re here to help if you have any questions” well. They absolutely are not there to help that’s for sure. If anybody reads this review stay away from this site, it is not legit and it’s a total scam. They ripped me off and I lost out on $100. I could’ve sold my gift card to a reputable online app and saved myself the trouble. Stay away from this site and how is Apple and Google supporting this app on their platforms?!?!? I figured if it was on my Apple App Store I would’ve been somewhat safe I was wrong.
