When I try to import my library the app shows a blank page, crashes and closes itself. ### 1/5 — Won't load music *2018-05-22, version 1.2.1* Every time I try to load music onto the app, nothing shows up and the app crashes. I love the earphones and the burn-in seems to work (while killing my iPad battery), but the music player is a dud. ### 1/5 — Buyer beware, doesn’t work! *2018-05-04, version 1.2.1* For over a year I have been using 1MORE Triple Driver Earphones with the lightning connector. They worked at first but then they stopped being recognized by my iPhone. There have been several iOS updates and I have tried several iPhones and iPads. The firmware is up to date according to this app. The earphones sound great but never work. I don’t know if it is a issue with this app or if the lightning connector on the earphones themselves are just not standard but after several emails to support and still no fix, I have $150 earplugs. Avoid the hassle buy your phones elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Volume control ruined *2018-01-09, version 1.2.0* Just applied a firmware update to the 1More earbuds. The volume control wasn’t great before. After this update it’s completely wrong. No sound up through 3/4 of volume up on my iPhone. Then one more click and I hear them. One additional click up and they are blaring. Broken. ### 1/5 — Good headphones terrible software *2017-12-22, version 1.2.0* So the latest update, and how I now hate having to upgrade the firmware of my headphones all the time, has rendered my headphones unusable. When reducing the volume, the headphones suddenly become really loud and the go almost silent so there is no longer any suitable volume to listen at. It encounters an error while sending the SMS code verification. I tried registering by scanning the QR bar code but that didn't work either. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not Worth It *2020-11-23, version 1.4.6* I read other reviews concerning this app about its inability to enhance 1MORE Earbuds , and I agree it is worthless. I really do not want to listen to my music through their app. I am just fine with my iTunes. Every time I pull up the app it wants to burn in the earbuds but I do not care for this option, and I cannot seem to disable it. Also, the equalizer is useless. I guess you need to load your songs into it in order to receive any benefits for it. I have a cheaper pair of FiiL earbuds and the equalizer is way better than this. 1MORE—-you need to step up to the plate if your are going to compete in the large earbud industry. ### 1/5 — Spyware *2020-07-30, version 1.4.6* it asks for all permissions. Not only did the earbuds disconnect from each other but now the app isn’t finding any of them! I paid £40 for these earbuds, this is truly ridiculous. ### 1/5 — No use *2020-02-10, version 1.4.6* Wouldn’t pair with my 1more Bluetooth headphones. Complete waste of time. ### 1/5 — App does not recognise headphones *2020-01-02, version 1.4.5* Headphones are paired wirelessly via Bluetooth on iPhone. All sounds can be heard through the headphones such as music and videos. However, when you open the app and select the Bluetooth icon so that firmware can be updated to allow volume control, it does not find Bluetooth devices, rendering the app of no use and the headphones out of date from the outset. ### 1/5 — Do not update software! *2019-12-01, version 1.4.5* I updated to the new version to allow earbud volume control, but now the earbuds will not sync. Both will be accepted by bluetooth, but when the second earbud comes on, static occurs and shuts down that earbud. I’ve switched the earbud pairing sequence, but it doesn’t matter. So I know both buds still work, but there’s a software glitch. Great ‘buds, but now they’re rendered useless. Please update the software. ### 1/5 — They electrocuted me!!! *2019-10-17, version 1.4.3* This product is good for a very short time don’t waste your time and money on this product the volume on my set died then it electrocuted me while riding the subway to work!! The company wanted to repair for almost the equivalent of the cost of a new pair. With the customer service they provided me this company will not be in business very much longer buyer beware!! ### 1/5 — Can’t Load music *2019-08-30, version 1.3.7* I see no way to load music even after clicking “import music” and the equalizer doesn’t affect sound at all. What am I doing wrong? Also, does it seriously take 100 hours to burn the headphones in? ### 1/5 — Horrible *2018-09-09, version 1.3.0* These noise cancelling earphones are terrible and the app isn’t very good either. I paid good money and they don’t go nearly loud enough and the app is buggy. The noise cancelling is OK, but if I had my money back I certainly would invest in a different brand. I used it to update the earbuds. I like these better than the AirPods I returned. I couldn’t always get AirPods to function right, etc. However, the AirPods stay in my ears better than these. These things have some weird loop to help stay in, but for me, it is a useless add on.
