## What is 1PercentKind?

1PercentKind is a quiet reminder app for the calls you mean to make and keep forgetting.

You add the people you'd like to check in on — an older parent, a friend who lives alone, anyone you've been meaning to reach. You set when you'd like to be reminded. The app does the rest, on your phone. You make the call.

Add a person: their name, phone number, the time of day, and the days of the week. The app sends a notification when it's time. Tap to start the call. The conversation is yours. Edit, reschedule, or delete a check-in any time.

It does not call anyone for you. It does not collect or transmit your data. There is no account to sign in to. There are no ads, no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party services. Your contacts, your schedule, and your notes stay on this device.

A one percent improvement, repeated, compounds. A short, regular call is a small fraction of a day; over months and years it becomes the thing that holds people together. The app exists to make that consistency easier — a personal nudge for a thing only you can do.

For adult children who want to call a parent more often. For anyone with a friend, neighbor, or relative who lives alone. For anyone who has ever thought "I should call them" and then didn't.

Delete the app and all data is gone with it.
