Can’t log in. Does NOT work on LTE. I disabled LTE to see if will work on 3G as advertised but failed to work. You will not receive calls on PEN number if not connected to WiFi. Long distance voice quality worse as compared to any other VOIP service. Wasted money... Good luck getting tech support or customer service. Been a customer for three years not compatible load banks as they claim if you need a real number for verification we need one tie to your Social Security number with a real eSIM provider ### 1/5 — Truly terrible support *2023-07-20, version 3.0.2* I had a problem not reciving SMS on the APP, everything else was OK. I contacted them via the website and they did not pick up, they told me to send the message. The return message said I had to DELETE the ACCOUY! I contacted again and they told me to delete and reinstall the APP , which is easy enough but they did not check if the issue was repaired and closed the chat abruptly!! I recently tried it again and it has been working great for texting and calling. Considering cancelling my other service after I test it some more and make sure it’s reliable. ### 5/5 — Great app for making Wi-Fi calls while overseas *2013-08-16, version 1.0.3* As a OneSimCard user, this app lets me call back to the US for just 2c/min from any country when I have a Wi-Fi connection. And I don't even need to have my OneSimCard international SIM card installed to do it! Calling to other countries is also cheap and usually less than Skype. ### 5/5 — Great app *2013-08-09, version 1.0.2* This is a great app. I used it in many countries on wi- fi and 3G for incoming and outgoing calls. Allows to use the same onesimcard phone number both - VoIP or when no data available - through roaming. Meanwhile, I heard no ring and did not get a missed call notice. When I press 1 it is not recognized by the answering system. Pressing 2 or 3 seems to work but on several outgoing calls the 1 prompt doesn’t work. App developers, can you fix this? The communication is unencrypted… Furthermore, I didn’t use the app for one week and 1Sim blocked my account. Now I have to pay more to use my account which has funds. Worst experience I ever at.
