This app is good when it works, but every other week I have to reset my password because I can’t login due to the system being down, my face activation needs reloaded,Etc etc. also, the updates are always done after hours when no staff is available. I can’t even tell you how many times I have been unable to regain access until a day or two later, and of course it always happens at the most in inopportune times when I’m trying to make a bill payment and then causes me to have a late fee.

I have been with 1st Advantage long before its current name, and I have been consistently satisfied with them.  I have used them for at least 40 years, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They are truly a members organization, dedicated to their owners. This is the worst banking app and credit union I’ve had the displeasure of being a part of. The inconvenience and lack luster customer service is unfortunate. If you get locked out of your account you have to wait for a phone call back, they can’t help you when you call in. What good is having an app if I can’t make any changes on the app and if you’re flagging every move I make as fraud, disrupting my business and money.
