If you brake like a reasonable person, you will get a hard braking notice. If you want to communicate with them about the issues regarding the app, you cannot use the WhatsApp option and have to phone, which is terrible for people with anxiety. All in all, I would absolutely never recommend this insurance to anyone, ever. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-02-08, version 3.3.1* Constantly getting messages telling me to turn Bluetooth on and connect. I’m not the main driver only named on the policy incase of emergencies! App needs to be updated so it recognises main policy holders mobile number to named drivers. ### 1/5 — Fake app *2026-02-08, version 3.3.1* I haven’t used the car in about 2 weeks but the app continues to decrease my driving score saying I’ve been using my phone and cornering et. Then I go onto my journey travel log thing and it confirms that I haven’t used the car. I tried contacting support but they ain’t having any of it, that’s after talking to the worlds dumbest bot for 20 minutes. Bad customer service and bad insurance company that fakes scores to suit them and gain money. ### 1/5 — Uses chatbots, bad ones *2026-01-13, version 3.3.1* Uses chatbots to avoid paying people and they are the most infuriating slow talking stonewalling garbage I’ve had the displeasure of trying to get any meaningful information from, they don’t let you skip things you already know the straight up lie and give false information, when you finally get one to take you to a actual person (which takes about 10 minutes at its fastest) the connection mysteriously fails and you have to start all over again, it even acknowledges that you’ve tried already and does the exact same thing in a blatant attempt to get you to give up and keep spending money, I can’t tell you who, if anyone, provides a decent customer service, but this one does not. ### 1/5 — My score keeps dropping *2025-11-15, version 3.3.0* Why does the app says I use my phone while driving, whereas I only use the map? ### 1/5 — Not good *2025-09-11, version 3.3.0* It’s not really accurate to my driving and if you need to emergency break your score drops so low and doesn’t give you a chance to explain yourself ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work!!! *2025-06-25, version 3.3.0* Every time I try to log in, I get a message saying my email is not recognised but I have no problems logging in on the website. When I downloaded the app, I did register my details correctly. Fed up of the frustration.
