Although our iPad app is not yet visually optimized, it has the same functionality as our iPhone app.

This app will not work on my iPhone 12. Tried 
loading and deleting a few times and it tells me to call for assistance. Called the bank and they have no idea why the app won’t work. Where do I go from here? Guess I’ll have to physically go to the bank.

So now with this new app you made it so you have to hunt for things but haven’t improved its connecting to the internet. All the other bank apps I use do not have this problem, it doesn’t take an hour to complete you transactions. It won’t allow me to do e- transfers because it won’t open. I don’t see any great improvement just frustrating.

I’ve set up my e-transfer people. When using the app, the money was taken immediately out of my account. However, after 2 tries, the intended recipient never did receive her money. When trying to send to myself, I got a message saying the action was unable to complete.
